How do I reset my learning progress?

At this time, learning progress cannot be reset from within the app. Please contact us at support@curioverse.ai and we'll assist you.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Try using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. If you continue to have trouble, email us at support@curioverse.ai with the email address associated with your account.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app. For step-by-step instructions, visit our Delete Account page.

I was charged unexpectedly. What do I do?

All billing for CurioVerse is managed through the Apple App Store. Please visit your App Store subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@curioverse.ai.
